Bio:

Nancy's Real Estate Career began 35 years ago at the University of Nebraska where, in 1973, she was certified in "Real Estate and Land Use Economics" at the University of Nebraska. She has had special training in City Planning, Real Estate Law, Appraisal and Tax Exchanges. She has studied Real Estate Principles and Practices at the University of Nebraska, The University of Maryland and at the Mackintosh Real Estate School.

Nancy moved to Frederick in 1979 and was awarded "Sales Agent of the Year" by Ryland Homes, a Nationwide Homebuilder. She settled over Six and One Half Million Dollars in Volume in her first year of sales in Frederick County during a slack market with mortgage interest rates reaching 14% on residential sales. Licensed in Maryland, she went on to sell custom homes for Ausherman Homes, one of Frederick County's oldest and most reputable custom home builders.

In 1984 she began to specialize in Commercial Real Estate for Fitzgerald and Matan, a well known Frederick County Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Sales and Development Company. In 1995 she made a move to the Computer Industry were she was appointed Vice President for the Bridgehead Corporation, an International Computer Consulting Firm. She received an extensive education and special training in computer software hardware and computer systems. In 1996, Nancy joined Mackintosh where she has applied her computer skills and knowledge to the ever-changing Real Estate Industry. She continues to take courses and special training to stay abreast of new trends.

 Nancy Green was  presented with the prestigious Power Broker Award and recognized as one of the Top 20 Producers in the Washington DC Metropolitan area by the CoStar Group.
